For the delivery of your package, we have chosen a strong partner: DHL

Delivery is usually 1-3 working days depending on stock availability. If the goods are in stock they will be shipped for orders placed before 11:00 a.m. on the same day.

We offer shipping methods "Economy", "Express" and on request "Express before 9 a.m.".

Transit times within the EU:
- Economy: usually 2-3 days
- Express: usually 1 day

Most products are shipped directly from our plant in Hungary. Exceptions are welding diodes and some accessoires: those are shipped from Germany.

Shipping costs are calculated from the weight, the shipping method  and the destination country. A calculation takes place automatically in the shopping cart.

We have negotiated a special rate with DHL for the route Hungary-Germany: Economy up to 10 kg for € 19, -

At present we supply within the EU, Switzerland and Norway. Deliveries to Turkey and USA are possible recently.

We supply DAP (Incoterms 2010) .

You can specify a desired delivery date and partial deliveries.

You can specify a different ship to address (different from your billing address) even in another country.

For each shipment an export inspection must be carried out. To speed up this procedure in our house, a few questions about the final destination and end use must be answered before submitting the order.

Customs formalities for deliveries to non-EU countries are covered by our logistics partner DHL.

Tracking: After the order was shipped there also exists a delivery note number of your order. This can be used to track your parcel at DHL (please choose the reference number option).

If you are not satisfied with the delivery (wrong amount / wrong item, damaged in transit) or with the product (technical failure), please contact the help desk for a return code and to obtain a return address.
